Well, another Christmas has come and gone and we had a wonderful time. Nothing like spending time with family and friends. There was only 1 person was missing from our family this year and that was Jacob. We are sad he isn't here with us physically, but we thought alot about him. We even went to get him a recordable book for pictures yesterday that will be sent in his next care package. That project is going to be a fun one - putting pictures together with our voices so he can get use to our voices before he is even home (can't wait for him to get it)! We also went out yesterday and got him a stocking for his first Christmas home (2012) - looks good next to the other kid's stockings.
Anyway, we still have no word on the rash, but are praying hard that it is nothing serious. Our doctor and a friend of ours who is a nurse have both looked at the rash and feel it is nothing serious. Anyway, as soon as we know something we will post an update - please keep praying for him in the meantime. While we wait on Jacob's arrival we are enjoying being a family of 4. Trying to prepare for what 3 kids will look like and decide our plan of action once he is home. I know it will be hard at first, but we will adjust (just as we did when we grew from a family of 3 to 4). More to come soon...
